Tytuł: New game: Hangman's Hazard
Wiadomość wysłana przez: Hazardous w 19 Października 2015, 15:53
Greetings from South Florida, USA!

My game, Hangman's Hazard, was found and brought back to life by TRIAD in June of this year.

It was designed to be the very best of the Hangman / Wheel of Fortune class of games, and is probably the most playable-at-a-distance of any C64 game. Good for groups / parties.

As a former chess master, my goal was to focus on the competitive game elements as opposed to a spinning wheel, a pretend hostess flipping letters, or imaginary gifts, trips, and money.

It gets a good rating on CSDB.dk too. (9.6)

I am dying to see how it goes with people who speak English as an extra language. For people who are highly competitive, this game could be a lot more fun than WoF. It will definitely reveal who has the quickest and best skills with word puzzles.

So if anyone is curious, please try it out!

Thanks

PS - the word puzzles are from 25 years ago and therefore old and based on USA culture. That might be a problem.
